Ltd. is operated by a team of highly skilled accounting professionals, and managed by Karim Ibrahim, whom passed all parts of the USA CPA examinations and gained extensive experience in accounting and auditing during his career with big four accounting firms in Jordan, UAE and UK.

  • Karim Ibrahim

    Karim Ibrahim Karim worked as a regulator for the past five years and was responsible for monitoring the accounting firms operating in Abu Dhabi as part of his role with Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA).

    He played a key role in assisting ADAA to become a member of the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR) and thereafter became a key member of the delegation attending IFIAR. This gave Karim extensive knowledge about the accounting profession, its standard setters, stakeholders and the accounting difficulties and challenges facing businesses across the globe.

    Karim also gained experience as a finance executive in a multinational group whereby he was responsible for the group's financial information data entry, review, and reporting by managing a team of 15 accountants, and following up with finance heads of the group subsidiaries across the globe.

    He has also assisted in expanding the groups operations by opening a back office in India and making sure all regulatory matters are complied with.
